On 15 October 2024, Leanovator (Leancubator) Hosted at Dar Errais, Complexe Touristique Sidi Fredj, the Blue Workshops alongside the Algerian Conference on the Blue Economy 2024. This event brought together key players from Algeria and the Western Mediterranean region to discuss and explore innovative and sustainable approaches to developing the maritime sector. Under the joint patronage of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Micro-enterprises, as well as the Ministry of Environment and Renewable Energy as well as the Ministry of Fisheries and Fishery Products.

Featuring enriching conferences, engaging round tables, and hands-on workshops led by national and international experts. The workshop highlighted the Cluster's role in fostering collaboration among Mediterranean maritime clusters, with initiatives like Callmeblue advancing a sustainable blue economy regionally and globally.

 The event culminated in the signing of two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between Leancubator, the Cluster maritime Tunisien (CMT), and Strategis - Maritime Center of Excellence (Greece). These agreements represent a significant advancement in regional collaboration, underscoring the commitment to fostering maritime innovation and sustainable development.
