The Online Business Trainings for Emerging Maritime Clusters formed the second phase of the CallMeBLUE capacity-building programme, designed for Blue Economy professionals and future Maritime Cluster Managers across the Mediterranean.
Building on the Learning Labs phase, this programme focused on strengthening the business and strategic dimensions of maritime cluster development. It supported participants in transforming ideas into operational cluster strategies, with a strong emphasis on business development, financing, governance, and communication.
Delivered with experts from Mediterranean maritime clusters, the trainings provided practical insights into how clusters can design sustainable business models, support member growth, and build long-term economic value within the Blue Economy ecosystem.
The programme brought together a selected, gender-balanced and geographically diverse group of participants from the Maghreb region, fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and regional cooperation.
